In 2014 when Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Berlin (BWK) started to rebuild their laboratory the hospital management decided to invest in new laboratory equipment including two Tempus600 Vitas for transferring blood samples from the Emergency Room and Intensive Care unit to the laboratory.
In 2014 when Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Berlin (BWK) started to rebuild their laboratory the hospital management decided to invest in new laboratory equipment including two Tempus600 Vitas for transferring blood samples from the Emergency Room and Intensive Care unit to the laboratory.
The two Tempus600 Vita will be installed in November and soon the blood samples will be send off from the departments to the laboratory where they are landed in a bulk loader like beads on a string. Now the samples will automatically be transferred to the conveyor belt ready to continue the journey through the analyzing equipment.
Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Berlin is a military hospital treating soldiers as well as civils and members of the government and parliament. Soon all the patients will be able to benefit from the swift response time on urgent blood samples.
