Large scale Tempus600 solution to Italian hospital

In close collaboration with our distributor EOS S.r.l. Tempus600 has won new market share within the Italian market.

The first major success story is the University Hospital Careggi in Florence, where eight Tempus600 systems will be installed in different departments in Autumn 2018.

The hospital wanted to reduce patient waiting times and, at the same time, improve treatment with fewer resources available. Soon patients and staff will benefit from the swift response time on urgent blood samples.

With the new working routines, the blood samples will be dispatched from the departments to the laboratory where they will land in a bulk loader, like beads on a string. The samples will automatically be transferred to the conveyor belt, ready to continue the journey through the analyzing equipment.
