- Expansion of TEMPUS600® system

Surin Hospital is the largest government hospital in Surin province Thailand, With a capacity of more than 800 beds and more than 500 outpatient visits per day. In 2017, the first Tempus600 solution was installed in the hospitals blood collection room for transportation of blood samples to the laboratory.

Later, in 2018, the hospital decided to move the laboratory to a new building. At this occasion, due to the successful implementation of the first Tempus600 Vita, the laboratory management decided to move the existing Tempus system to the new blood collection room at the 1st floor. Furthermore, the hospital management decided to invest in one additional Tempus600 Vita for the second blood collection room. The Vita is now installed in the blood collection room on the 2nd floor and will soon be connected to ASP LoadPro bulk loader.

The hospital management expect the expansion of the two Tempus600 systems network to further help the blood collection departments to improve their work flow, release more resources and achieve their Lean goals.
