Unfortunately, due to the exceptional Covid-19 situation, we are unable to perform service visits to hospitals outside Denmark

To ensure that Tempus600 systems continue to run stable and are serviced in the best possible way, we have increased our support readiness.

 

Service and support

Tempus600 Support is ready to respond to your inquiry and will provide the best possible service - contact us for individual guidance and solutions. We guide in person, via Remote Access Support or tutorial videos. If special video instruction is needed, we record video sequences at our headquarters and submit them.

Service contract

Scheduled service and maintenance of the Tempus600 systems has been postponed for the time being due to the exceptional Covid-19 situation. This is not expected to affect the operation of the Tempus600 systems over a shorter period. If the system calls for service, please contact us for individual guidance and solutions. We guide in person, via Remote Access Support or tutorial videos.

When the situation is normal again you will be contacted to arrange a new date for scheduled maintenance and service visits.
